I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “I will pray”.

1Sa 7:5 And Samuel said, Gather all Israel to Mizpeh,
and I will pray for you unto the LORD.

Jer 42:4 Then Jeremiah the prophet said unto them,
I have heard you; behold,
I will pray unto the LORD your God
according to your words;
and it shall come to pass,
that whatsoever thing the LORD shall answer you,
I will declare it unto you;
I will keep nothing back from you.

Joh 14:16 And I will pray the Father,
and he shall give you another Comforter,
that he may abide with you for ever;

Joh 16:26 At that day ye shall ask in my name:
and I say not unto you,
that I will pray the Father for you:

1Co 14:15 What is it then?
I will pray with the spirit,
and I will pray with the understanding also:
I will sing with the spirit,
