I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “glory to”.

Jos 7:19 And Joshua said unto Achan,
My son, give, I pray thee,
glory to the LORD God of Israel,
and make confession unto him;
and tell me now what thou hast done;
hide it not from me.

Psa 89:44 Thou hast made his glory to cease,
and cast his throne down to the ground.

Pro 19:11 The discretion of a man deferreth his anger;
and it is his glory to pass over a transgression.

Isa 24:16 From the uttermost part of the earth
have we heard songs,
even glory to the righteous.
But I said, My leanness,
my leanness,
woe unto me!
the treacherous dealers have dealt treacherously;
