I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “next day”.

Num 11:32 And the people stood up all that day,
and all that night,
and all the next day,
and they gathered the quails:
he that gathered least gathered ten homers:
and they spread them all abroad
for themselves round about the camp.

1Sa 30:17 And David smote them
from the twilight even unto the evening of the next day:
and there escaped not a man of them,
save four hundred young men,
which rode upon camels,
and fled.

2Ki 6:29 So we boiled my son,
and did eat him:
and I said unto her on the next day,
Give thy son, that we may eat him:
