I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “ life is”.

Gen 32:30 And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel:
for I have seen God face to face,
and my life is preserved.

Gen 44:30 Now therefore
when I come to thy servant my father,
and the lad be not with us;
seeing that his life is bound up in the lad’s life;

Psa 31:10 For my life is spent with grief,
and my years with sighing:
my strength faileth because of mine iniquity,
and my bones are consumed.

Luk 12:23 The life is more than meat,
and the body is more than raiment.

Act 8:33 In his humiliation
his judgment was taken away:
and who shall declare his generation?
for his life is taken from the earth.

Act 20:10 And Paul went down,
and fell on him,
and embracing him said,
Trouble not yourselves;
for his life is in him.

Col 3:3 For ye are dead,
