For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness;
his countenance doth behold the upright.- Psa 11:7

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “his countenance”.
Gen 4:5 But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth,
and his countenance fell.

Num 6:26 The LORD lift up
his countenance upon thee,
and give thee peace.

Jdg 13:6 Then the woman came and told her husband,
saying, A man of God came unto me,
and his countenance was
like the countenance of an angel of God, very terrible:
but I asked him not whence he was,
neither told he me his name:

1Sa 16:7 But the LORD said unto Samuel,
Look not on his countenance,
or on the height of his stature;
because I have refused him:
for the LORD seeth not as man seeth;
for man looketh on the outward appearance,
but the LORD looketh on the heart.

2Ki 8:11 And he settled his countenance stedfastly,
until he was ashamed:
and the man of God wept.
