I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “ to declare”.

Deu 1:5 On this side Jordan,
in the land of Moab,
began Moses to declare this law, saying,

Est 4:8 Also he gave him the copy of
the writing of the decree
that was given at Shushan to destroy them,
to shew it unto Esther,
and to declare it unto her,
and to charge her that she should go in unto the king,
to make supplication unto him,
and to make request before him for her people.

Psa 50:16 But unto the wicked God saith,
