I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “Deny me”.

1Ki 2:16 And now I ask one petition of thee,
deny me not.
And she said unto him, Say on.

Pro 30:7 Two things have I required of thee;
deny me them not before I die:

Pro 30:8 Remove far from me
vanity and lies:
give me neither poverty nor riches;
feed me with food convenient for me:
Pro 30:9 Lest I be full,
and deny thee,
and say, Who is the LORD?
or lest I be poor,
and steal,
and take the name of my God in vain.
