I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “one among”.

Job 33:23 If there be a messenger with him,
an interpreter,
one among a thousand,
to shew unto man his uprightness:

Job 33:24 Then he is gracious unto him, and saith,
Deliver him from going down to the pit:
I have found a ransom.

Joh 1:25 And they asked him, and said unto him,
Why baptizest thou then,
if thou be not that Christ,
nor Elias,
neither that prophet?

Joh 1:26 John answered them, saying,
I baptize with water:
but there standeth one among you,
whom ye know not;

Joh 1:27 He it is,
who coming after me is preferred before me,
whose shoe’s latchet
I am not worthy to unloose.
