The LORD is righteous:
he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked. – Psa 129:4

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “cut”.

Job 4:7 Remember, I pray thee, who ever perished,
being innocent? or where were the righteous cut off?

Job 6:9 Even that it would please God to destroy me;
that he would let loose his hand, and cut me off!

Job 8:12 Whilst it is yet in his greenness,
and not cut down,
it withereth before any other herb.

Job 8:13 So are the paths of all that forget God;
and the hypocrite’s hope shall perish:

Job 8:14 Whose hope shall be cut off,
and whose trust shall be a spider’s web.

Job 11:10 If he cut off,
and shut up,
or gather together,
then who can hinder him?

Job 14:2 He cometh forth like a flower,
and is cut down:
he fleeth also as a shadow,
and continueth not.

Job 14:7 For there is hope of a tree,
if it be cut down,
that it will sprout again,
and that the tender branch thereof will not cease.

Job 18:16 His roots shall be dried up beneath,
and above shall his branch be cut off.

Job 21:21 For what pleasure hath
he in his house after him,
when the number of his months is cut off in the midst?

Job 22:16 Which were cut down out of time,
whose foundation was overflown with a flood:

Job 22:17 Which said unto God, Depart from us:
and what can the Almighty do for them?

Job 22:20 Whereas our substance is not cut down,
but the remnant of them the fire consumeth.

neither hath he covered the darkness from my face.

and his eye seeth every precious thing.

and juniper roots for their meat.

Job 36:20 Desire not the night,
when people are cut off in their place.

Psa 12:3 The LORD shall cut off all flattering lips,
and the tongue that speaketh proud things:

nevertheless thou heardest the voice

and forsaketh not his saints;
they are preserved for ever:
but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

Psa 37:34 Wait on the LORD, and keep his way,
and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land:
when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.

Psa 37:38 But the transgressors shall be destroyed together:
the end of the wicked shall be cut off.

Psa 46:9 He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth;
he breaketh the bow,
and cutteth the spear in sunder;
he burneth the chariot in the fire.

Psa 54:5 He shall reward evil unto mine enemies:
cut them off in thy truth.

Psa 58:7 Let them melt away as waters which run continually:
when he bendeth his bow to shoot his arrows,
let them be as cut in pieces.

Psa 75:10 All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off;
but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.

Psa 76:12 He shall cut off the spirit of princes:
he is terrible to the kings of the earth.

Psa 80:16 It is burned with fire, it is cut down:
they perish at the rebuke of thy countenance.

Psa 83:4 They have said, Come,
and let us cut them off from being a nation;
that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.

Psa 88:5 Free among the dead,
like the slain that lie in the grave,
whom thou rememberest no more:
and they are cut off from thy hand.

Psa 88:16 Thy fierce wrath goeth over me;
thy terrors have cut me off.

Psa 90:6 In the morning it flourisheth,
and groweth up;
in the evening it is cut down,
and withereth.

Psa 90:10 The days of our years are threescore years and ten;
and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years,
yet is their strength labour and sorrow;
for it is soon cut off,
and we fly away.

Psa 94:23 And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity,
and shall cut them off in their own wickedness;
yea, the LORD our God shall cut them off.

Psa 101:5 Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour,
him will I cut off:
him that hath an high look
and a proud heart will not I suffer.

Psa 101:8 I will early destroy all the wicked of the land;
that I may cut off all wicked doers
from the city of the LORD.

Psa 107:16 For he hath broken the gates of brass,
and cut the bars of iron in sunder.

Psa 109:13 Let his posterity be cut off;
and in the generation following
let their name be blotted out.

Psa 109:15 Let them be before the LORD continually,
that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth.

Psa 129:4 The LORD is righteous:
he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked.

Psa 141:7 Our bones are scattered at the grave’s mouth,
as when one cutteth
and cleaveth wood upon the earth.

Psa 143:12 And of thy mercy cut off mine enemies,
and destroy all them that afflict my soul:
for I am thy servant.

Pro 2:21 For the upright shall dwell in the land,
and the perfect shall remain in it.

Pro 2:22 But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth,
and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it.

Pro 10:31 The mouth of the just bringeth forth wisdom:
but the froward tongue shall be cut out.

Pro 23:18 For surely there is an end;
and thine expectation shall not be cut off.

Pro 24:14 So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul:
when thou hast found it,
then there shall be a reward,
and thy expectation shall not be cut off.

Pro 26:6 He that sendeth a message
by the hand of a fool cutteth off the feet,
and drinketh damage.
