But I receive not testimony from man:
but these things I say,

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “receive not”.

Joh 3:11 Verily, verily, I say unto thee,
We speak that we do know,
and testify that we have seen;
and ye receive not our witness.

Joh 3:27 John answered and said,
A man can receive nothing,
except it be given him from heaven.

Joh 5:34 But I receive not testimony from man:
but these things I say,
that ye might be saved.

Joh 5:41 I receive not honour from men.

2Co 6:1 We then, as workers together with him,
beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.

1Ti 5:19 Against an elder receive not an accusation,
but before two or three witnesses.
