I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “Good thing”.

Jos 21:45 There failed not ought of any good thing
which the LORD had spoken unto the house of Israel;
all came to pass.

1Ki 14:13 And all Israel shall mourn for him,
and bury him:
for he only of Jeroboam shall come to the grave,
because in him there is found some good thing
toward the LORD God of Israel in the house of Jeroboam.

2Ki 8:9 So Hazael went to meet him,
and took a present with him,
even of every good thing of Damascus,
forty camels’ burden,
and came and stood before him, and said,
Thy son Benhadad king of Syria hath sent me to thee,
saying, Shall I recover of this disease?

Jer 33:14 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD,
that I will perform that good thing
which I have promised unto the house of Israel
and to the house of Judah.

Mat 19:16 And, behold, one came and said unto him,
Good Master, what good thing shall I do,
that I may have eternal life?
