Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity,
a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters:
they have forsaken the LORD,
they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger,
they are gone away backward. – Isa 1:4

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “gone away”.

Jdg 18:24 And he said,
Ye have taken away my gods which I made,
and the priest,
and ye are gone away:
and what have I more?
and what is this that ye say unto me,
What aileth thee?

2Sa 23:9 And after him was Eleazar
the son of Dodo the Ahohite,
one of the three mighty men with David,
when they defied the Philistines that were there
gathered together to battle,
and the men of Israel were gone away:

Job 28:4 The flood breaketh out from the inhabitant;
even the waters forgotten of the foot:
they are dried up,
they are gone away from men.
