I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “lifted up their voice”.

Num 14:1 And all the congregation lifted up their voice,
and cried;
and the people wept that night.

Jdg 2:4 And it came to pass,
when the angel of the LORD spake these words
unto all the children of Israel,
that the people lifted up their voice,
and wept.

Jdg 21:2 And the people came to the house of God,
and abode there till even before God,
and lifted up their voices,
and wept sore;

Rth 1:9 The LORD grant you that ye may find rest,
each of you in the house of her husband.
Then she kissed them;
