I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “my children”.

Gen 30:26 Give me my wives and my children,
for whom I have served thee,
and let me go:
for thou knowest my service which I have done thee.

Gen 31:43 And Laban answered and said unto Jacob,
These daughters are my daughters,
and these children are my children,
and these cattle are my cattle,
and all that thou seest is mine:
and what can I do this day unto these my daughters,
or unto their children which they have born?

Gen 42:36 And Jacob their father said unto them,
Me have ye bereaved of my children:
Joseph is not,
and Simeon is not,
and ye will take Benjamin away:
all these things are against me.

Gen 43:14 And God Almighty give you mercy before the man,
that he may send away your other brother,
and Benjamin.
If I be bereaved of my children,
I am bereaved.

Exo 13:15 And it came to pass,
