I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “call his name”.

Gen 16:11 And the angel of the LORD said unto her,
Behold, thou art with child,
and shalt bear a son,
and shalt call his name Ishmael;
because the LORD hath heard thy affliction.

Gen 17:19 And God said,
Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed;
and thou shalt call his name Isaac:
and I will establish my covenant with him
for an everlasting covenant,
and with his seed after him.

Isa 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign;
Behold, a virgin shall conceive,
and bear a son,
and shall call his name Immanuel.

Isa 8:3 And I went unto the prophetess;
and she conceived,
and bare a son.
Then said the LORD to me,
Call his name Mahershalalhashbaz.

Mat 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child,

and they shall call his name Emmanuel,
which being interpreted is, God with us.

Luk 1:13 But the angel said unto him,
Fear not, Zacharias:
for thy prayer is heard;
and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son,
and thou shalt call his name John.
