I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “Intent”.

2Sa 17:14 And Absalom and all the men of Israel said,
The counsel of Hushai the Archite is
better than the counsel of Ahithophel.
For the LORD had appointed to defeat
the good counsel of Ahithophel,
to the intent that the LORD might bring
evil upon Absalom.

2Ki 10:19 Now therefore call unto me
all the prophets of Baal, all his servants,
and all his priests; let none be wanting:
for I have a great sacrifice to do to Baal;
whosoever shall be wanting,
he shall not live.
But Jehu did it in subtilty,

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “shekels”.

Genesis 23:15 My lord, hearken unto me:
the land is worth four hundred shekels of silver;
what is that betwixt me and thee? bury therefore thy dead.

Genesis 23:16 And Abraham hearkened unto Ephron;
and Abraham weighed to Ephron the silver,
which he had named in the audience of the sons of Heth,
four hundred shekels of silver,
current money with the merchant.

Genesis 24:22 And it came to pass,
as the camels had done drinking,
that the man took a golden earring of half a shekel weight,
and two bracelets for her hands of ten shekels weight of gold;

Exodus 21:32 If the ox shall push
a manservant or a maidservant;
he shall give unto their master thirty shekels of silver,
and the ox shall be stoned.

Exodus 30:23 Take thou also unto thee principal spices,
of pure myrrh five hundred shekels,
and of sweet cinnamon half so much,
even two hundred and fifty shekels,
and of sweet calamus two hundred and fifty shekels,

Exodus 30:24 And of cassia five hundred shekels,
after the shekel of the sanctuary,
and of oil olive an hin:

Exodus 38:24 All the gold that was occupied
for the work in all the work of the holy place,

of the congregation was an hundred talents,
and a thousand seven hundred
and threescore and fifteen shekels,
after the shekel of the sanctuary:

Exodus 38:28 And of the thousand seven hundred
seventy and five shekels
he made hooks for the pillars,
and overlaid their chapiters,
and filleted them.

Exodus 38:29 And the brass of the offering was seventy talents,
and two thousand and four hundred shekels.

Leviticus 5:15 If a soul commit a trespass,
and sin through ignorance,
in the holy things of the LORD;
then he shall bring for his trespass unto the LORD
a ram without blemish out of the flocks,
with thy estimation by shekels of silver,
after the shekel of the sanctuary,
for a trespass offering:

Leviticus 27:3 And thy estimation shall be of the male
from twenty years old even unto sixty years old,
even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver,
after the shekel of the sanctuary.

Leviticus 27:4 And if it be a female,
then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.

Leviticus 27:5 And if it be from five years old
even unto twenty years old,
then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels,
and for the female ten shekels.

Leviticus 27:6 And if it be from a month old even unto five years old,
then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver,
and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.

Leviticus 27:7 And if it be from sixty years old and above;
if it be a male,
then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels,
and for the female ten shekels.

Leviticus 27:16 And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD
some part of a field of his possession,
then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof:
an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

Numbers 3:47 Thou shalt even take five shekels apiece by the poll,
after the shekel of the sanctuary shalt thou take them:
(the shekel is twenty gerahs:)

Numbers 3:50 Of the firstborn of the children of Israel took he the money;
a thousand three hundred and threescore and five shekels,
after the shekel of the sanctuary:

Numbers 7:13 And his offering was one silver charger,
the weight thereof was an hundred and thirty shekels,

Deuteronomy 22:19 And they shall amerce him

yea, even their servants bare rule over the people:
but so did not I, because of the fear of God.

Jeremiah 32:9 And I bought the field of Hanameel my uncle’s son,
that was in Anathoth,
and weighed him the money,
even seventeen shekels of silver.

Ezekiel 4:10 And thy meat
which thou shalt eat shall be by weight,
twenty shekels a day:
from time to time shalt thou eat it.

Ezekiel 45:12 And the shekel shall be twenty gerahs:
twenty shekels,
five and twenty shekels,
fifteen shekels, shall be your maneh.

but the son of perdition;
that the scripture might be fulfilled.

except there come a falling away first,
and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

4. Who opposeth and exalteth himself
above all that is called God,
or that is worshipped;
so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God,
