‘Praise the LORD’ ….. mentioned in the Holy Bible (KJV)


Praise ye the LORD.
I will praise the LORD with my whole heart,
in the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation. – Psalms 111:1

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “praise the LORD”.

Genesis 29:35  And she conceived again,
and bare a son: and she said,
Now will I praise the LORD:
therefore she called his name Judah;
and left bearing.

Leviticus 19:24  But in the fourth year all the fruit thereof
shall be holy to praise the LORD withal.

1 Chronicles 16:4  And he appointed certain of the Levites
to minister before the ark of the LORD,
and to record,
and to thank
and praise the LORD God of Israel:

1 Chronicles 23:30  And to stand every morning to thank
and praise the LORD,
and likewise at even;

1 Chronicles 25:3  Of Jeduthun: the sons of Jeduthun;
Gedaliah, and Zeri,
and Jeshaiah, Hashabiah,

the foundation of the temple of the LORD,

to praise the LORD, after the ordinance of David king of Israel.

Psalms 7:17  I will praise the LORD
according to his righteousness:
and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high.

Psalms 22:26  The meek shall eat and be satisfied:
they shall praise the LORD that seek him:
your heart shall live for ever.

Psalms 33:2  Praise the LORD with harp:
sing unto him with the psaltery
and an instrument of ten strings.

Psalms 102:18  This shall be written for the generation to come:
and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD.

Psalms 107:8  Oh that men would
praise the LORD for his goodness,
and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

Psalms 107:15  Oh that men would
praise the LORD for his goodness,
and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

Psalms 107:21  Oh that men would
praise the LORD for his goodness,

Psalms 109:30  I will greatly praise the LORD
with my mouth;
yea, I will praise him among the multitude.

Psalms 111:1  Praise ye the LORD.

I was engaged in the computer field since 1977, particularly in Documentation, Desktop Publishing & Training field since 1986. The design work provided me creative satisfaction and motivated me to look for more challenging activities. I was having a taste for Technical Writing. Presently, My SME (Subject-Matter Expert) is "The Holy Bible (KJV)" and publishing the "Subject" from the Holy Bible only. I am 69 years old now and in HIS mercy. 2022, I was admitted in the hospital due to nervous attack and bed-ridden. In the Hospital they did all the tests and gave up and said it can't be cured. Due to circumstances I was in a Home for Elders in Gurugram, India for 18 months with a 24X7 attendent. I prayed to God YeHoVaH to give me death or life to live to HIS glory. My prayers were heard, I was given life. I came out walking from the Home and witnessing the work of God every day. I am able to move alone now, Weakness and the pain in the body remains. From June 2024 onwards I returned to my routine and reading Holy Bible, Preparing daily Bible understanding , as I did earlier but with two fingers in Android and Notebook. Watering the plants, making kitchen compost, repotting the plants with fertilizer, manures, cow dung; bathing and dressing myself but buttoning is not possible. Pray for everyone that lives in my physical condition to be strengthened. YeHoVaH be pleased.
