‘Baptist’ ….. mentioned in the Holy Bible (KJV)

And she, being before instructed of her mother,
said, Give me here John Baptist’s head in a charger.

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “Baptist”.

Matthew 3:1  In those days came John the Baptist,
preaching in the wilderness of Judaea,

2. And saying, Repent ye:
for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
3. For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias,
saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness,
Prepare ye the way of the Lord,
make his paths straight.

Matthew 11:11  Verily I say unto you,
Among them that are born of women
there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist:
notwithstanding he that is least
in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.

Matthew 11:12  And from the days of John the Baptist until now
the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence,
and the violent take it by force.

Matthew 14:2  And said unto his servants,
This is John the Baptist;
he is risen from the dead;
and therefore mighty works
do shew forth themselves in him.

Matthew 14:8  And she, being before

Matthew 16:14  And they said, Some say that
thou art John the Baptist:
some, Elias;
and others, Jeremias,
or one of the prophets.

Matthew 17:13  Then the disciples understood that

(for his name was spread abroad:) and he said,
That John the Baptist was risen from the dead,
and therefore mighty works do shew forth themselves in him.

Mark 6:24  And she went forth,
and said unto her mother,
What shall I ask?
And she said, The head of John the Baptist.

Mark 6:25  And she came in straightway with haste
unto the king, and asked, saying,
I will that thou give me by and by
in a charger the head of John the Baptist.

Mark 8:28  And they answered, John the Baptist:
but some say, Elias;
and others, One of the prophets.

Luke 7:20  When the men were come unto him,
they said, John Baptist hath sent us unto thee,
saying, Art thou he that should come?
or look we for another?

Luke 7:28  For I say unto you,
Among those that are born of women
there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist:
but he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.

Luke 7:33  For John the Baptist came
neither eating bread nor drinking wine;
and ye say, He hath a devil.

Luke 9:19  They answering said, John the Baptist;
but some say, Elias;
and others say, that one of the old prophets is risen again.

I was engaged in the computer field since 1977, particularly in Documentation, Desktop Publishing & Training field since 1986. The design work provided me creative satisfaction and motivated me to look for more challenging activities. I was having a taste for Technical Writing. Presently, My SME (Subject-Matter Expert) is "The Holy Bible (KJV)" and publishing the "Subject" from the Holy Bible only. I am 69 years old now and in HIS mercy. 2022, I was admitted in the hospital due to nervous attack and bed-ridden. In the Hospital they did all the tests and gave up and said it can't be cured. Due to circumstances I was in a Home for Elders in Gurugram, India for 18 months with a 24X7 attendent. I prayed to God YeHoVaH to give me death or life to live to HIS glory. My prayers were heard, I was given life. I came out walking from the Home and witnessing the work of God every day. I am able to move alone now, Weakness and the pain in the body remains. From June 2024 onwards I returned to my routine and reading Holy Bible, Preparing daily Bible understanding , as I did earlier but with two fingers in Android and Notebook. Watering the plants, making kitchen compost, repotting the plants with fertilizer, manures, cow dung; bathing and dressing myself but buttoning is not possible. Pray for everyone that lives in my physical condition to be strengthened. YeHoVaH be pleased.
