Luk 7:40  And Jesus answering said unto him, Simon,
I have somewhat to say unto thee.
And he saith, Master, say on.

41. There was a certain creditor
which had two debtors:
the one owed five hundred pence,
and the other fifty.
42. And when they had nothing to pay,
he frankly forgave them both.
Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?
43. Simon answered and said, I suppose that he,
to whom he forgave most.
And he said unto him, Thou hast rightly judged.

Act 23:20  And he said, The Jews have agreed to desire thee
that thou wouldest bring down Paul
to morrow into the council,
as though they would enquire somewhat of him more perfectly.

Act 25:26  Of whom I have no certain thing to write unto my lord.
Wherefore I have brought him forth before you,
and specially before thee, O king Agrippa,
that, after examination had,
I might have somewhat to write.

Rom 15:24  Whensoever I take my journey into Spain,
I will come to you:
for I trust to see you in my journey,
and to be brought on my way thitherward by you,
if first I be somewhat filled with your company.

2Co 5:12  For we commend not ourselves again unto you,
but give you occasion to glory on our behalf,
that ye may have somewhat to answer them
which glory in appearance,
and not in heart.

2Co 10:8  For though I should boast somewhat
more of our authority,
which the Lord hath given us for edification,
and not for your destruction,
I should not be ashamed:

Gal 2:6  But of these who seemed to be somewhat,
(whatsoever they were,
it maketh no matter to me:
God accepteth no man’s person:)
for they who seemed to be somewhat
in conference added nothing to me:

Heb 8:3  For every high priest is ordained
to offer gifts and sacrifices:
wherefore it is of necessity
that this man have somewhat also to offer.

Rev 2:4  Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee,
because thou hast left thy first love.

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “God of Abraham”.

Gen 26:24 And the LORD appeared unto him the same night, and said,
I am the God of Abraham thy father:
fear not, for I am with thee,
and will bless thee,
and multiply thy seed for my servant Abraham’s sake.

Gen 28:13 And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said,
I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father,
and the God of Isaac:
the land whereon thou liest,
to thee will I give it, and to thy seed;

Gen 31:42 Except the God of my father, the God of Abraham,
and the fear of Isaac, had been with me,
surely thou hadst sent me away now empty.
God hath seen mine affliction and the labour of my hands,
and rebuked thee yesternight.

Gen 31:53 The God of Abraham, and the God of Nahor,
the God of their father, judge betwixt us.
And Jacob sware by the fear of his father Isaac.

Exo 3:6 Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father,
the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac,
and the God of Jacob.
And Moses hid his face;
for he was afraid to look upon God.

Exo 3:15 And God said moreover unto Moses,
Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel,
The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham,
the God of Isaac,
and the God of Jacob,
hath sent me unto you:
this is my name for ever,
and this is my memorial unto all generations.

Exo 3:16 Go, and gather the elders of Israel together, and say unto them,
The LORD God of your fathers,

of Isaac,
and of Jacob,
appeared unto me, saying,
I have surely visited you,
and seen that which is done to you in Egypt:

Exo 4:5 That they may believe that the LORD God of their fathers,
the God of Abraham,
the God of Isaac,
and the God of Jacob,
hath appeared unto thee.

1Ki 18:36 And it came to pass at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice,
that Elijah the prophet came near, and said,
LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel,
let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel,
and that I am thy servant,
and that I have done all these things at thy word.

1Ch 29:18 O LORD God of Abraham, Isaac,
and of Israel, our fathers,
keep this for ever in the imagination
of the thoughts of the heart of thy people,
and prepare their heart unto thee:

2Ch 30:6 So the posts went with the letters from the king
and his princes throughout all Israel and Judah,
and according to the commandment of the king,
saying, Ye children of Israel,
turn again unto the LORD God of Abraham,
Isaac, and Israel,
and he will return to the remnant of you,
that are escaped out of the hand of the kings of Assyria.

Psa 47:9 The princes of the people are gathered together,
even the people of the God of Abraham:
for the shields of the earth belong unto God:
he is greatly exalted.

Mat 22:32 I am the God of Abraham,
and the God of Isaac,
and the God of Jacob?
God is not the God of the dead,
but of the living.

Mar 12:26 And as touching the dead, that they rise:
have ye not read in the book of Moses,
how in the bush God spake unto him, saying,
I am the God of Abraham,
and the God of Isaac,
and the God of Jacob?

Luk 20:37 Now that the dead are raised,
even Moses shewed at the bush,
when he calleth the Lord the God of Abraham,
and the God of Isaac,
and the God of Jacob.

Act 3:13 The God of Abraham,
and of Isaac,
and of Jacob,
the God of our fathers,
hath glorified his Son Jesus;
whom ye delivered up,
and denied him in the presence of Pilate,
when he was determined to let him go.

Act 7:32 Saying, I am the God of thy fathers,
the God of Abraham,
and the God of Isaac,
and the God of Jacob.
Then Moses trembled,
and durst not behold.

and let them say, Spare thy people, O LORD,
and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God?

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “only son”.

Gen 22:2 And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac,
whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah;
and offer him there for a burnt offering
upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of.

Gen 22:12 And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad,
neither do thou any thing unto him:
for now I know that thou fearest God,
seeing thou hast not withheld thy son,
thine only son from me.

Gen 22:16 And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD,
for because thou hast done this thing,
and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son:

Jer 6:26 O daughter of my people, gird thee with sackcloth,
and wallow thyself in ashes: make thee mourning,
as for an only son, most bitter lamentation:
for the spoiler shall suddenly come upon us.

Amo 8:10 And I will turn your feasts into mourning,
and all your songs into lamentation;
and I will bring up sackcloth upon all loins,
and baldness upon every head;
and I will make it as the mourning of an only son,
and the end thereof as a bitter day.

Zec 12:10 And I will pour upon the house of David,
and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem,
the spirit of grace and of supplications:
and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced,
and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son,
and shall be in bitterness for him,
as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

Luk 7:12 Now when he came nigh to the gate of the city,
behold, there was a dead man carried out,
the only son of his mother,
and she was a widow:
and much people of the city was with her.
