I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “belongeth”.

Num 8:24 This is it that belongeth unto the Levites:
from twenty and five years old and upward
they shall go in to wait upon the service
of the tabernacle of the congregation:

Deu 32:35 To me belongeth vengeance,
and recompence;
their foot shall slide in due time:
for the day of their calamity is at hand,
and the things that shall come upon them make haste.

Jdg 19:14 And they passed on and went their way;
and the sun went down upon them when they were by Gibeah,
which belongeth to Benjamin.

Jdg 20:4 And the Levite, the husband of the woman that was slain,
answered and said, I came into Gibeah
that belongeth to Benjamin,
I and my concubine, to lodge.

that are of full age,
even those who by reason of use have their senses
exercised to discern both good and evil.

Heb 10:30 For we know him that hath said,
Vengeance belongeth unto me,
I will recompense, saith the Lord.
And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
