I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “dressed”.
Gen 18:8 And he took butter,
and milk,
and the calf which he had dressed,
and set it before them;
and he stood by them under the tree,
and they did eat.
Lev 7:9 And all the meat offering that is baken in the oven,
and all that is dressed in the fryingpan,
and in the pan, shall be the priest’s that offereth it.
1Sa 25:18 Then Abigail made haste,
and took two hundred loaves,
and two bottles of wine,
and five sheep ready dressed,
and five measures of parched corn,
and an hundred clusters of raisins,
and two hundred cakes of figs,
and laid them on asses.
2Sa 12:4 And there came a traveller unto the rich man,
and he spared to take of his own flock
and of his own herd,
to dress for the wayfaring man that was come unto him;
but took the poor man’s lamb, and dressed it
for the man that was come to him.
12:5 And David’s anger was greatly kindled against the man;
and he said to Nathan, As the LORD liveth,
the man that hath done this thing shall surely die:
12:6 And he shall restore the lamb fourfold,
because he did this thing,
and because he had no pity.
12:7 And Nathan said to David, Thou art the man.
Thus saith the LORD God of Israel,
I anointed thee king over Israel,
and I delivered thee out of the hand of Saul;

12:11 Thus saith the LORD, Behold,
I will raise up evil against thee out of thine own house,
and I will take thy wives before thine eyes,
and give them unto thy neighbour,
and he shall lie with thy wives in the sight of this sun.
12:12 For thou didst it secretly:
but I will do this thing before all Israel,
and before the sun.
2Sa 19:24 And Mephibosheth the son of Saul came down to meet the king,
and had neither dressed his feet,
nor trimmed his beard,
nor washed his clothes,
from the day the king departed
until the day he came again in peace.
1Ki 18:26 And they took the bullock which was given them,
and they dressed it,
and called on the name of Baal from morning even until noon,
saying, O Baal, hear us.
But there was no voice,
nor any that answered.
And they leaped upon the altar which was made.
Heb 6:7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it,
and bringeth forth herbs meet for them
by whom it is dressed,
receiveth blessing from God:
6:8 But that which beareth thorns and briers [is] rejected,
and [is] nigh unto cursing;
whose end [is] to be burned.
