I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “expert”.

1Ch 12:33 Of Zebulun, such as went forth to battle,
expert in war,
with all instruments of war,
fifty thousand,
which could keep rank:
they were not of double heart.

1Ch 12:35 And of the Danites expert in war
twenty and eight thousand and six hundred.

1Ch 12:36 And of Asher, such as went forth to battle,
expert in war,
forty thousand.

Jer 50:9 For, lo, I will raise and cause to come up against Babylon
an assembly of great nations from the north country:
