I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “rehearse”.
Exo 17:14 And the LORD said unto Moses,
Write this for a memorial in a book,
and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua:
for I will utterly put out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.
Jdg 5:11 They that are delivered from the noise of archers
in the places of drawing water,
there shall they rehearse the righteous acts of the LORD,
even the righteous acts toward
the inhabitants of his villages in Israel:
then shall the people of the LORD go down to the gates.
1Sa 8:21 And Samuel heard all the words of the people,
and he rehearsed them in the ears of the LORD.
1Sa 17:31 And when the words were heard which David spake,
they rehearsed them before Saul:
and he sent for him.
Act 11:4 But Peter rehearsed the matter from the beginning,
and expounded it by order unto them, saying,
5. I was in the city of Joppa praying:
and in a trance I saw a vision,
A certain vessel descend,
as it had been a great sheet,
let down from heaven by four corners;
and it came even to me:
6. Upon the which when I had fastened mine eyes, I considered,
and saw fourfooted beasts of the earth,
and wild beasts,
and creeping things,
and fowls of the air.
7. And I heard a voice saying unto me,
Arise, Peter; slay and eat.
8. But I said, Not so, Lord:
for nothing common or unclean
hath at any time entered into my mouth.
9. But the voice answered me again from heaven,
What God hath cleansed,
that call not thou common.
Act 14:27 And when they were come,
and had gathered the church together,
they rehearsed all that God had done with them,
and how he had opened the door of faith unto the Gentiles.
