Ezr 5:2 Then rose up Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel,
and Jeshua the son of Jozadak,
and began to build the house of God
which is at Jerusalem:
and with them were the prophets of God helping them.

Ezr 5:13 But in the first year of Cyrus the king of Babylon
the same king Cyrus made a decree
to build this house of God.

Ezr 5:14 And the vessels also of gold and silver of the house of God,
which Nebuchadnezzar took out of the temple that was in Jerusalem,
and brought them into the temple of Babylon,
those did Cyrus the king take out of the temple of Babylon,
and they were delivered unto one,
whose name was Sheshbazzar, whom he had made governor;

Ezr 5:15 And said unto him, Take these vessels, go,
carry them into the temple that is in Jerusalem,
and let the house of God be builded in his place.

Ezr 5:16 Then came the same Sheshbazzar,
and laid the foundation of the house of God which is in Jerusalem:
and since that time even until now hath it been in building,
and yet it is not finished.

Ezr 5:17 Now therefore, if it seem good to the king,
let there be search made in the king’s treasure house,
which is there at Babylon, whether it be so,
that a decree was made of Cyrus the king
to build this house of God at Jerusalem,
and let the king send his pleasure to us concerning this matter.

Ezr 6:3 In the first year of Cyrus the king the same Cyrus the king
made a decree concerning the house of God at Jerusalem,
Let the house be builded,
the place where they offered sacrifices,
and let the foundations thereof be strongly laid;
the height thereof threescore cubits,
and the breadth thereof threescore cubits;

Ezr 6:5 And also let the golden and silver vessels of the house of God,
which Nebuchadnezzar took forth out of the temple
which is at Jerusalem,
and brought unto Babylon, be restored,
and brought again unto the temple which is at Jerusalem,
every one to his place,
and place them in the house of God.

Ezr 6:7 Let the work of this house of God alone;
let the governor of the Jews and the elders of the Jews
build this house of God in his place.

Ezr 6:8 Moreover I make a decree what ye shall do
to the elders of these Jews
for the building of this house of God:
that of the king’s goods, even of the tribute beyond the river,
forthwith expenses be given unto these men,
that they be not hindered.

Ezr 6:12 And the God that hath caused his name
to dwell there destroy all kings and people,
that shall put to their hand to alter
and to destroy this house of God which is at Jerusalem.
I Darius have made a decree; let it be done with speed.

Ezr 6:16 And the children of Israel, the priests, and the Levites,
and the rest of the children of the captivity,
kept the dedication of this house of God with joy,

Ezr 6:17 And offered at the dedication of this house of God
an hundred bullocks,
two hundred rams,
four hundred lambs;
and for a sin offering for all Israel, twelve he goats,
according to the number of the tribes of Israel.

Ezr 6:22 And kept the feast of unleavened bread seven days with joy:
for the LORD had made them joyful,
and turned the heart of the king of Assyria unto them,
to strengthen their hands
in the work of the house of God, the God of Israel.

Ezr 7:24 Also we certify you, that touching any of the priests and Levites,
singers, porters, Nethinims, or ministers of this house of God,
it shall not be lawful to impose toll,
tribute, or custom, upon them.

Ezr 8:36 And they delivered the king’s commissions
unto the king’s lieutenants,
and to the governors on this side the river:
and they furthered the people,
and the house of God.

Ezr 10:1 Now when Ezra had prayed,
and when he had confessed,
weeping and casting himself down
before the house of God,
there assembled unto him out of Israel
a very great congregation of men and women and children:
for the people wept very sore.

Ezr 10:6 Then Ezra rose up from before the house of God,
and went into the chamber of Johanan the son of Eliashib:
and when he came thither,
he did eat no bread, nor drink water:
for he mourned because of the transgression
of them that had been carried away.

Ezr 10:9 Then all the men of Judah and Benjamin gathered
themselves together unto Jerusalem within three days.
It was the ninth month, on the twentieth day of the month;
and all the people sat in the street of the house of God,
trembling because of this matter,
and for the great rain.

Neh 6:10 Afterward I came unto the house of Shemaiah
the son of Delaiah the son of Mehetabeel, who was shut up;
and he said, Let us meet together
in the house of God, within the temple,
and let us shut the doors of the temple:
for they will come to slay thee; yea,
in the night will they come to slay thee.

Neh 8:16 So the people went forth,
and brought them,
and made themselves booths,
every one upon the roof of his house,
and in their courts,
and in the courts of the house of God,
and in the street of the water gate,
and in the street of the gate of Ephraim.

Neh 11:11 Seraiah the son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam,
the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub,
was the ruler of the house of God.

Neh 11:16 And Shabbethai and Jozabad, of the chief of the Levites,
had the oversight of the outward business of the house of God.

Neh 11:22 The overseer also of the Levites at Jerusalem
was Uzzi the son of Bani,
the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah,
the son of Micha.
Of the sons of Asaph,
the singers were over the business of the house of God.

Neh 12:40 So stood the two companies of them
that gave thanks in the house of God,
and I, and the half of the rulers with me:

Neh 13:7 And I came to Jerusalem,
and understood of the evil that Eliashib did for Tobiah,
in preparing him a chamber in the courts of the house of God.

Neh 13:9 Then I commanded,
and they cleansed the chambers:
and thither brought I again the vessels of the house of God,
with the meat offering and the frankincense.

Neh 13:11 Then contended I with the rulers,
and said, Why is the house of God forsaken?
And I gathered them together,
and set them in their place.

Psa 42:4 When I remember these things,
I pour out my soul in me:
for I had gone with the multitude,
I went with them to the house of God,
with the voice of joy and praise,
with a multitude that kept holyday.

Psa 52:8 But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God:
I trust in the mercy of God for ever and ever.

Psa 55:14 We took sweet counsel together,
and walked unto the house of God in company.

Ecc 5:1 Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God,
and be more ready to hear,
than to give the sacrifice of fools:
for they consider not that they do evil.

Dan 1:2 And the Lord gave Jehoiakim king of Judah into his hand,
with part of the vessels of the house of God:
which he carried into the land of Shinar to the house of his god;
and he brought the vessels into the treasure house of his god.

Dan 5:3 Then they brought the golden vessels
that were taken out of the temple of the house of God
which was at Jerusalem;
and the king,
and his princes, his wives,
and his concubines, drank in them.

Zec 7:2 When they had sent unto the house of God
Sherezer and Regemmelech,
and their men, to pray before the LORD,

Mat 12:4 How he entered into the house of God,
and did eat the shewbread,
which was not lawful for him to eat,
neither for them which were with him,
but only for the priests?

Mar 2:26 How he went into the house of God
in the days of Abiathar the high priest,
and did eat the shewbread,
which is not lawful to eat but for the priests,
and gave also to them which were with him?

Luk 6:4 How he went into the house of God,
and did take and eat the shewbread,
and gave also to them that were with him;
which it is not lawful to eat but for the priests alone?

1Ti 3:15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know
how thou oughtest
to behave thyself in the house of God,
which is the church of the living God,
the pillar and ground of the truth.

Heb 10:21 And having an high priest over the house of God;

1Pe 4:17 For the time is come that
judgment must begin at the house of God:
and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them
that obey not the gospel of God?

1Co 4:3 But with me it is a very small thing
that I should be judged of you,
or of man’s judgment: yea,
I judge not mine own self.

1Co 9:2 If I be not an apostle unto others,
yet doubtless I am to you:
for the seal of mine apostleship are ye in the Lord.

1Co 9:3 Mine answer to them
that do examine me is this,

1Co 10:33 Even as I please all men in all things,
not seeking mine own profit,
but the profit of many,
that they may be saved.

1Co 16:21 The salutation of me
Paul with mine own hand.

2Co 11:26 In journeyings often,
in perils of waters,
in perils of robbers,
in perils by mine own countrymen,
in perils by the heathen,
in perils in the city,
in perils in the wilderness,
in perils in the sea,
in perils among false brethren;

11:27 In weariness and painfulness,
in watchings often,
in hunger and thirst,
in fastings often,
in cold and nakedness.

2Co 11:30 If I must needs glory,
I will glory of the things
which concern mine infirmities.

2Co 12:5 Of such an one will I glory:
yet of myself I will not glory,
but in mine infirmities.

Gal 1:14 And profited in the Jews’ religion
above many my equals in mine own nation,
being more exceedingly
zealous of the traditions of my fathers.

Gal 6:11 Ye see how large a letter
I have written unto you
with mine own hand.

Phi 1:4 Always in every prayer of mine
for you all making request with joy,

Phi 3:9 And be found in him,
not having mine own righteousness,
which is of the law,
but that which is through the faith of Christ,
the righteousness which is of God by faith:

2Th 3:17 The salutation of Paul with mine own hand,
which is the token in every epistle: so I write.

Tit 1:4 To Titus, mine own son after the common faith:
Grace, mercy, and peace,
from God the Father
and the Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour.

Phm 1:12 Whom I have sent again:
thou therefore receive him,
that is, mine own bowels:

Phm 1:18 If he hath wronged thee,
or oweth thee ought,
put that on mine account;

Phm 1:19 I Paul have written it with mine own hand,
I will repay it:
albeit I do not say to thee
how thou owest unto me
even thine own self besides.

Rev 22:16 I Jesus have sent mine angel
to testify unto you
these things in the churches.
I am the root and the offspring of David,
and the bright and morning star.

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “rose”.

Job 1:5 And it was so, when the days of their feasting were gone about,
that Job sent and sanctified them,
and rose up early in the morning,
and offered burnt offerings
according to the number of them all:
for Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned,
and cursed God in their hearts.
Thus did Job continually.

Psa 18:39 For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle:
thou hast subdued under me
those that rose up against me.

Psa 124:2 If it had not been the LORD who was on our side,
when men rose up against us:

Son 2:1 I am the rose of Sharon, and the lily of the valleys.

Son 5:5 I rose up to open to my beloved;
and my hands dropped with myrrh,
and my fingers with sweet smelling myrrh,
upon the handles of the lock.

Jer 26:17 Then rose up certain of the elders of the land,
and spake to all the assembly of the people, saying,

Lam 3:62 The lips of those that rose up against me,
and their device against me all the day.

Dan 3:24 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied,
and rose up in haste, and spake,
and said unto his counsellors,
Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire?
They answered and said unto the king, True, O king.

Dan 8:27 And I Daniel fainted,
and was sick certain days; afterward I rose up,
and did the king’s business;
and I was astonished at the vision,
but none understood it.

Jon 1:3 But Jonah rose up to flee unto Tarshish
from the presence of the LORD,
and went down to Joppa;
and he found a ship going to Tarshish:
so he paid the fare thereof,
and went down into it, to go with them unto Tarshish
from the presence of the LORD.

Jon 4:7 But God prepared a worm
when the morning rose the next day,
and it smote the gourd that it withered.

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “walk” from the New Testament.

Why walk not thy disciples
according to the tradition of the elders,
but eat bread with unwashen hands?

and the day following:
for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem.

he stumbleth, because there is no light in him.

Joh 12:35 Then Jesus said unto them,
Yet a little while is the light with you.
Walk while ye have the light,
lest darkness come upon you:
for he that walketh in darkness
knoweth not whither he goeth.

all nations to walk in their own ways.

Rom 4:12 And the father of circumcision to them
who are not of the circumcision only,
but who also walk in the steps of that faith
of our father Abraham,
which he had being yet uncircumcised.

that like as Christ was raised up
from the dead by the glory of the Father,
even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Rom 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation
to them which are in Christ Jesus,
who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Rom 8:4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us,

as Christ also hath loved us,
and hath given himself for us an offering
and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.

let us walk by the same rule,
let us mind the same thing.
