I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “evil of you”.

Isa 1:16 Wash you, make you clean;
put away the evil of your doings
from before mine eyes;
cease to do evil;

1:17 Learn to do well;
seek judgment,
relieve the oppressed,
judge the fatherless,
plead for the widow.

Jer 4:4 Circumcise yourselves to the LORD,
and take away the foreskins of your heart,
ye men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem:
lest my fury come forth like fire,
and burn that none can quench it,
because of the evil of your doings.

Jer 21:12 O house of David, thus saith the LORD;
Execute judgment in the morning,
and deliver him that is spoiled
out of the hand of the oppressor,
lest my fury go out like fire,
and burn that none can quench it,
because of the evil of your doings.

Jer 23:2 Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel
against the pastors that feed my people;
Ye have scattered my flock,
and driven them away,
and have not visited them:
behold, I will visit upon you
the evil of your doings, saith the LORD.
