And this commandment have we from him,

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “he who”.

Isa 14:6 He who smote the people in wrath
with a continual stroke,
he that ruled the nations in anger,
is persecuted,
and none hindereth.

Isa 24:18 And it shall come to pass,
that he who fleeth from the noise of the fear
shall fall into the pit;
and he that cometh up out of the midst of the pit
shall be taken in the snare:
for the windows from on high are open,
and the foundations of the earth do shake.

Isa 65:16 That he who blesseth himself in the earth
shall bless himself in the God of truth;
and he that sweareth in the earth
shall swear by the God of truth;
because the former troubles are forgotten,
and because they are hid from mine eyes.

2Th 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work:
only he who now letteth will let,
until he be taken out of the way.
