I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “both small and great”.

Gen 19:11 And they smote the men
that were at the door of the house with blindness,
both small and great:
so that they wearied themselves to find the door.

1Sa 5:9 And it was so, that, after they had carried it about,
the hand of the LORD was against the city
with a very great destruction:
and he smote the men of the city,
both small and great,
and they had emerods in their secret parts.

2Ki 23:2 And the king went up into the house of the LORD,
and all the men of Judah
and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem with him,
and the priests,
and the prophets,
and all the people,
both small and great:
and he read in their ears all the words
of the book of the covenant
which was found in the house of the LORD.

2Ki 25:26 And all the people,
both small and great,
and the captains of the armies, arose,
and came to Egypt:
for they were afraid of the Chaldees.

Psa 104:25 So is this great and wide sea,
wherein are things creeping innumerable,
both small and great beasts.
