‘false prophets’….. mentioned in the Holy Bible (KJV)

Woe unto you,
when all men shall speak well of you!
for so did their fathers
to the false prophets. – Luk 6:26

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “false prophets”.

Mat 7:15 Beware of false prophets,
which come to you in sheep’s clothing,
but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Mat 24:11 And many false prophets shall rise,
and shall deceive many.

Mat 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets,
and shall shew great signs and wonders;
insomuch that, if it were possible,
they shall deceive the very elect.

Mar 13:22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise,
and shall shew signs and wonders,
to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

Luk 6:26 Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you!
for so did their fathers to the false prophets.

2Pe 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people,
even as there shall be false teachers among you,
who privily shall bring in damnable heresies,
even denying the Lord that bought them,
and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

1Jo 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit,
but try the spirits whether they are of God:
because many false prophets
are gone out into the world.
