I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “utterly…”.
Exodus 17:14 And the LORD said unto Moses,
Write this for a memorial in a book,
and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua:
for I will utterly put out
the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.
Exodus 22:17 If her father utterly refuse to give her unto him,
he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins.
