I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “pasture”.
Genesis 47:4 They said moreover unto Pharaoh,
For to sojourn in the land are we come;
for thy servants have no pasture for their flocks;
for the famine is sore in the land of Canaan:
now therefore, we pray thee,
let thy servants dwell in the land of Goshen.

and twenty oxen out of the pastures,
and an hundred sheep, beside harts,
and roebucks,
and fallowdeer,
and fatted fowl.

even unto the east side of the valley,
to seek pasture for their flocks.

and the land was wide,
and quiet,
and peaceable;
for they of Ham had dwelt there of old.
1 Chronicles 4:41 And these written by name
came in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah,
and smote their tents,
and the habitations that were found there,

because there was pasture there for their flocks.

and the sheep of his hand.
To day if ye will hear his voice,

it is he that hath made us,
and not we ourselves;
we are his people,
and the sheep of his pasture.

that thou shalt sow the ground withal;
and bread of the increase of the earth,
and it shall be fat and plenteous:

a joy of wild asses, a pasture of flocks;
