I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “knowledge of the truth“.

1Ti 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all,
supplications, prayers, intercessions,
and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2. For kings, and  for all that are in authority;
that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life
in all godliness and honesty.
3. For this  is good and acceptable
in the sight of God our Saviour;

1Ti 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved,
and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

2Ti 3:6. For of this sort are they
which creep into houses,
and lead captive silly women laden with sins,
led away with divers lusts,

2Ti 3:7 Ever learning,
and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Heb 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that
we have received the knowledge of the truth,
there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

27. But a certain fearful looking
for of judgment and fiery indignation,
which shall devour the adversaries.
