I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “good and evil / evil / good…”.

Gen 2:9 And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow
every tree that is pleasant to the sight,
and good for food;
the tree of life also in the midst of the garden,
and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

thou shalt not eat of it:
for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

then your eyes shall be opened,
and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

Gen 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold,
the man is become as one of us,
to know good and evil:
and now, lest he put forth his hand,
and take also of the tree of life,
and eat, and live for ever:

and not yet far off, Joseph said unto his steward,
Up, follow after the men;
and when thou dost overtake them, say unto them,
Wherefore have ye rewarded evil for good?

but God meant it unto good,
to bring to pass, as it is this day,
to save much people alive.

or to do good,
whatsoever it be that a man shall pronounce with an oath,
and it be hid from him;
when he knoweth of it,
then he shall be guilty in one of these.

Deu 1:35 Surely there shall not one of these men
of this evil generation see that good land,
which I sware to give unto your fathers,

Deu 1:39 Moreover your little ones, which ye said should be a prey,
and your children, which in that day
had no knowledge between good and evil,
they shall go in thither,
and unto them will I give it,
and they shall possess it.

Deu 30:15 See, I have set before thee this day life and good,
and death and evil;

Jos 23:15 Therefore it shall come to pass,
that as all good things are come upon you,
which the LORD your God promised you;
so shall the LORD bring upon you all evil things,
until he have destroyed you from off this good land
which the LORD your God hath given you.

for thou hast rewarded me good,
whereas I have rewarded thee evil.

and the name of his wife Abigail:
and she was a woman of good understanding,
and of a beautiful countenance:

since the day of thy coming unto me unto this day:
nevertheless the lords favour thee not.

2Sa 17:14 And Absalom and all the men of Israel said,
The counsel of Hushai the Archite
is better than the counsel of Ahithophel.
For the LORD had appointed
to defeat the good counsel of Ahithophel,
to the intent that the LORD might bring evil upon Absalom.

2Sa 19:35 I am this day fourscore years old:
and can I discern between good and evil?
can thy servant taste what I eat or what I drink?
can I hear any more the voice of
singing men and singing women?
wherefore then should thy servant be
yet a burden unto my lord the king?

1Ki 22:8 And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat,
There is yet one man, Micaiah the son of Imlah,
by whom we may enquire of the LORD:
but I hate him; for he doth not prophesy good concerning me,
but evil. And Jehoshaphat said, Let not the king say so.
