I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “regarded”.

Exodus 9:21 And he that regarded not the word of the LORD
left his servants and his cattle in the field.

1 Kings 18:29 And it came to pass, when midday was past,
and they prophesied
until the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice,
that there was neither voice,
nor any to answer,
nor any that regarded.

1 Chronicles 17:17 And yet this was a small thing in thine eyes,
O God; for thou hast also spoken of thy servant’s house
for a great while to come,
and hast regarded me according to
