I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “depart…ed…”.

Genesis 13:9 Is not the whole land before thee?
separate thyself, I pray thee, from me:
if thou wilt take the left hand, then I will go to the right;
or if thou depart to the right hand, then I will go to the left.

Genesis 26:31 And they rose up betimes in the morning,
and sware one to another: and Isaac sent them away,
and they departed from him in peace.

Genesis 31:40 Thus I was;
in the day the drought consumed me,

and pitched in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.

Deuteronomy 1:19 And when we departed from Horeb,
we went through all that great and terrible wilderness,
which ye saw by the way of the mountain of the Amorites,
as the LORD our God commanded us;
and we came to Kadeshbarnea.
