I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “burden” from the Old Testament.

Genesis 49:14 Issachar is a strong ass
couching down between two burdens:

Exodus 1:11 Therefore they did set over them taskmasters
to afflict them with their burdens.
And they built for Pharaoh treasure cities, Pithom and Raamses.

Exodus 2:11 And it came to pass in those days, when Moses was grown,
that he went out unto his brethren,
and looked on their burdens:
and he spied an Egyptian smiting an Hebrew, one of his brethren.

Exodus 5:4 And the king of Egypt said unto them,
Wherefore do ye, Moses and Aaron, let the people from their works?
get you unto your burdens.

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “fear” mentioned in the “Prophets” OT.

Isaiah 2:10 Enter into the rock,
and hide thee in the dust,
for fear of the LORD,
and for the glory of his majesty.

Isaiah 2:19 And they shall go into the holes of the rocks,
and into the caves of the earth,
for fear of the LORD,
and for the glory of his majesty,
when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.

Deuteronomy 13:4 Ye shall walk after the LORD your God,
and fear him,
and keep his commandments,
and obey his voice,
and ye shall serve him,
and cleave unto him.

Interesting ‘Pharisees’ in plural found ONLY in the New Testament (KJV)

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “Pharisees” from the entire Holy Bible.

Matthew 3:7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism,
he said unto them, O generation of vipers,
who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
