I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “rule…th”from the New Testament.

Matthew 2:6 And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda,
art not the least among the princes of Juda:
for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel.

Mark 10:42 But Jesus called them to him, and saith unto them,
Ye know that they which are accounted
to rule over the Gentiles exercise lordship over them;
and their great ones exercise authority upon them.

Romans 12:8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation:
he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity;
he that ruleth, with diligence;
he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.

1 Corinthians 15:24 Then cometh the end,
when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father;
when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
