groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:

‘sinful’….. mentioned in the Holy Bible (KJV)

SinfulWhosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words
in this adulterous and sinful generation;
of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed,
when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels. – Mark 8:38

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of sinful.

Numbers 32:14 And, behold, ye are risen up in your fathers’ stead,
an increase of sinful men,
to augment yet the fierce anger of the LORD toward Israel.

Isaiah 1:4 Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity,
a seed of evildoers,
children that are corrupters:
they have forsaken the LORD,
they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger,
they are gone away backward.

Amos 9:8 Behold, the eyes of the Lord GOD are upon the sinful kingdom,
and I will destroy it from off the face of the earth;
saving that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, saith the LORD.

Mark 8:38 Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words
in this adulterous and sinful generation;
of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed,
when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.

Luke 5:8 When Simon Peter saw it,
he fell down at Jesus’ knees,
saying, Depart from me;
for I am a sinful man, O Lord.

Luke 24:7 Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men,
and be crucified,
and the third day rise again.

Romans 7:13 Was then that which is good made death unto me?
God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin,
working death in me by that which is good;
that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.

Romans 8:3 For what the law could not do,
in that it was weak through the flesh,
God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh,
and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

   4. That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us,
who walk not after the flesh,
but after the Spirit.
