A prudent man foreseeth the evil,
and hideth himself:
but the simple pass on,
and are punished. – Proverbs 22:3

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “prudent”

1 Samuel 16:18 Then answered one of the servants, and said,
Behold, I have seen a son of Jesse the Bethlehemite,
that is cunning in playing,
and a mighty valiant man,
and a man of war,
and prudent in matters,
and a comely person,
and the LORD is with him.

Proverbs 12:16 A fool’s wrath is presently known:
but a prudent man covereth shame.

Proverbs 12:23 A prudent man concealeth knowledge:
but the heart of fools proclaimeth foolishness.

Proverbs 13:16 Every prudent man dealeth with knowledge:
