I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “Light” from the Old Testament (KJV).

Gen 1:5 And God called the light Day,
and the darkness he called Night.
And the evening and the morning were the first day.

Gen 1:15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven
to give light upon the earth:
and it was so.

Gen 1:16 And God made two great lights;
the greater light to rule the day,
and the lesser light to rule the night:
he made the stars also.

Gen 1:17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven
to give light upon the earth,

Gen 1:18 And to rule over the day and over the night,
and to divide the light from the darkness:
and God saw that it was good.

Exo 10:23 They saw not one another,

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “slander”

Numbers 14:36 And the men, which Moses sent to search the land, who returned,
and made all the congregation to murmur against him,
by bringing up a slander upon the land,

2 Samuel 19:27 And he hath slandered thy servant unto my lord the king;
but my lord the king is as an angel of God:
do therefore what is good in thine eyes.

Psalms 31:13 For I have heard the slander of many:
fear was on every side:
while they took counsel together against me,
they devised to take away my life.
