I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “pleasure” from the New Testament (KJV)

Luk 8:14  And that which fell among thorns are they,
which, when they have heard, go forth,
and are choked with cares
and riches
and pleasures of  this life,
and bring no fruit to perfection.

Luk 12:32  Fear not, little flock;
for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

Act 24:27  But after two years Porcius Festus came into Felix’ room:
and Felix, willing to shew the Jews a pleasure,
left Paul bound.

Act 25:9  But Festus, willing to do the Jews a pleasure,
answered Paul, and said, Wilt thou go up to Jerusalem,
and there be judged of these things before me?

Rom 1:32  Who knowing the judgment of God,
that they which commit such things are worthy of death,
not only do the same,
but have pleasure in them that do them.

2Co 12:10  Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities,
in reproaches,
in necessities,
in persecutions,
in distresses for Christ’s sake:
for when I am weak,
then am I strong.

Eph 1:5  Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself,

which are offered by the law;

Heb 10:38  Now the just shall live by faith:
but if  any man draw back,
my soul shall have no pleasure in him.

Heb 11:25  Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God,
than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;

Heb 12:10  For they verily for a few days chastened  us after their own pleasure;
but he for our profit,
that  we might be partakers of his holiness.

Jam 5:5  Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth,
and been wanton;
ye have nourished your hearts,
as in a day of slaughter.

2Pe 2:13  And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness,
as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time.
Spots they are and blemishes,
sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you;

Rev 4:11  Thou art worthy, O Lord,
to receive glory
and honour
and power:
for thou hast created all things,
and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
