I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “Children” from the New Testament. It is detailed and lengthy, Sorry, but so graceful and I have published.
Mt 3:9 And think not to say within yourselves,
We have Abraham to our father:
for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.
Mt 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers:
for they shall be called the children of God.
Mt 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven:
for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good,
and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
Mt 7:11 If ye then, being evil,
know how to give good gifts unto your children,
how much more shall your Father which is in heaven
give good things to them that ask him?
Mt 8:12 But the children of the kingdom
shall be cast out into outer darkness:
there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Mt 9:15 And Jesus said unto them,
Can the children of the bridechamber mourn,
as long as the bridegroom is with them?
but the days will come,
when the bridegroom shall be taken from them,
and then shall they fast.
Mt 10:21 And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death,
and the father the child:
and the children shall rise up against their parents,
and cause them to be put to death.
Mt 11:16 But whereunto shall I liken this generation?
It is like unto children sitting in the markets,
and calling unto their fellows,
Mt 11:19 The Son of man came eating and drinking,
and they say, Behold a man gluttonous,
and a winebibber,
a friend of publicans and sinners.
But wisdom is justified of her children.
Mt 12:27 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils,
by whom do your children cast them out?
Therefore they shall be your judges.
Mt 13:38 The field is the world;
the good seed are the children of the kingdom;
but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
Mt 14:21 And they that had eaten
were about five thousand men,
beside women and children.
Mt 15:26 But he answered and said,
It is not meet to take the children’s bread,

Except ye be converted,
and become as little children,
ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Mt 18:25 But forasmuch as he had not to pay,
his lord commanded him to be sold,
and his wife,
and children,
and all that he had,
and payment to be made.
Mt 19:13 Then were there brought unto him little children,
that he should put his hands on them, and pray:
and the disciples rebuked them.
Mt 19:14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children,
and forbid them not,
to come unto me:
for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

or brethren,
or sisters,
or father,

His blood be on us,
and on our children.

Mk 2:19 And Jesus said unto them,
Can the children of the bridechamber fast,
while the bridegroom is with them?

he was much displeased,
and said unto them,
Suffer the little children to come unto me,
and forbid them not:

Mk 10:24 And the disciples were astonished at his words.
But Jesus answereth again, and saith unto them,
Children, how hard is it for them
that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God!
Mk 10:29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you,
There is no man that hath left house,
or brethren,
or sisters,
or father,
or mother,
or wife,
or children,
or lands,
for my sake,
and the gospel’s,
Mk 10:30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses,
and brethren,
and sisters,
and mothers,
and children,
and lands,
with persecutions;
and in the world to come eternal life.
Mk 12:19 Master, Moses wrote unto us,
If a man’s brother die,
and leave his wife behind him,
and leave no children,
that his brother should take his wife,
and raise up seed unto his brother.
Mk 13:12 Now the brother shall betray the brother to death,
and the father the son;
and children shall rise up against their parents,
and shall cause them to be put to death.
