I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “Deliver(ed). … …”.

Matthew  5:25   Agree with thine adversary quickly,
whiles thou art in the way with him;
lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge,
and the judge deliver thee to the officer,
and thou be cast into prison.

Matthew  6:13   And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil:
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power,
and the glory,
for ever. Amen.

Matthew  10:17   But beware of men:
for they will deliver you up to the councils,
and they will scourge you in their synagogues;

Matthew  10:19   But when they deliver you up,
take no thought how
or what ye shall speak:
for it shall be given you in that
same hour what ye shall speak.

Matthew  10:21   And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death,

and to scourge,
and to crucify him:
and the third day he shall rise again.

Matthew  24:9   Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted,
and shall kill you:
and ye shall be hated of all nations
for my name’s sake.

Matthew  25:14   For the kingdom of heaven is
as a man travelling into a far country,
who called his own servants,
and delivered unto them his goods.

Matthew  25:20   And so he that had received five talents came
and brought other five talents,
saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents:
behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.

Matthew  25:22   He also that had received two talents came and said,
Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents:
behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.
