Suffering – from the Holy Bible (KJV)

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “Suffering” .

Act 27:7 And when we had sailed slowly many days,
and scarce were come over against Cnidus,
the wind not suffering us,
we sailed under Crete, over against Salmone;

27:8 And, hardly passing it,
came unto a place which is called The fair havens;
nigh whereunto was the city  of Lasea.

Rom 8:18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time
are not worthy  to be compared with the glory
which shall be revealed in us.

2Co 1:5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us,
so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.

2Co 1:6 And whether we be afflicted,
it is for your consolation and salvation,
which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings
which we also suffer:
or whether we be comforted,
it is for your consolation and salvation.

2Co 1:7 And our hope of you  is stedfast, knowing,
that as ye are partakers of the sufferings,
so  shall ye be also of the consolation.

Phi 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection,
and the fellowship of his sufferings,
being made conformable unto his death;

3:11 If by any means I might attain
unto the resurrection of the dead.

Col 1:24 Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you,
and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ
in my flesh for his body’s sake,
which is the church:

1:25 Whereof I am made a minister,
according to the dispensation of God
which is given to me for you,
to fulfil the word of God;
1:26  Even the mystery which hath been hid
from ages and from generations,
but now is made manifest to his saints:
1:27 To whom God would make known
what  is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles;
which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
1:28 Whom we preach, warning every man,
and teaching every man in all wisdom;
that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:
1:29 Whereunto I also labour,
striving according to his working,
which worketh in me mightily.

Heb 2:9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels
for the suffering of death,
crowned with glory and honour;
that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

Heb 2:10 For it became him, for whom  are all things,
and by whom  are all things,
in bringing many sons unto glory,
to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

Jam 5:10 Take, my brethren, the prophets,
who have spoken in the name of the Lord,
for an example of suffering affliction,
and of patience.

1Pe 1:11 Searching what, or what manner of time
the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify,
when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ,
and the glory that should follow.

1Pe 2:19 For this  is thankworthy,
if a man for conscience toward God endure grief,
suffering wrongfully.

1Pe 4:13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings;
that, when his glory shall be revealed,
ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

1Pe 5:1 The elders which are among you I exhort,
who am also an elder,
and a witness of the sufferings of Christ,
and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed:

5:2 Feed the flock of God which is among you,
taking the oversight  thereof,
not by constraint,
but willingly;
not for filthy lucre,
but of a ready mind;
5:3 Neither as being lords over  God’s heritage,
but being ensamples to the flock.

Jud 1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha,
and the cities about them in like manner,
giving themselves over to fornication,
and going after strange flesh,
are set forth for an example,
suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
