Fear or No Fear of God – Who? Why? / Fear Not God

“And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness,
but rather reprove them.
For it is a shame even to speak of those things
which are done of them in secret.
But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light:
for whatsoever doth make manifest is light”  – –Ephesians 5:11-13

I am no preacher, but, am a sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, the following verses were given in the context of “Fear or No Fear of God / No Fear of God ” from the Book of Life (The Holy Bible-KJV).

Fear or No Fear of God

Psa-36:1 <To the chief Musician,  A Psalm of David the servant of the LORD.>
The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart,
that there is no fear of God before his eyes.

Rom-3:12.  They are all gone out of the way, 
they are together become unprofitable; 
there is none that doeth good, no, not one. 
13. Their throat  is an open sepulchre; 
with their tongues they have used deceit; 
the poison of asps  is under their lips: 
14.  Whose mouth  is full of cursing and bitterness: 
15.  Their feet  are swift to shed blood: 
16.  Destruction and misery  are in their ways: 
17.  And the way of peace have they not known:

Rom-3:18. There is no fear of God before their eyes.

Gen 20:11  And Abraham said, Because I thought,
Surely the fear of God is not in this place;
and they will slay me for my wife’s sake.

2Sam 23:3  The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spake to me,
He that ruleth over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God.

2Chron 20:29  And the fear of God was on all the kingdoms of those countries,
when they had heard that the LORD fought against the enemies of Israel.

Neh 5:15  But the former governors that had been before me
were chargeable unto the people, and had taken of them bread and wine,
beside forty shekels of silver; yea, even their servants bare rule over the people:
but so did not I, because of the fear of God.

Fear not God – They ? Who?

Psa-55:19 God shall hear, and afflict them,
even he that abideth of old. Selah.
Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God.

Luk-18:4 And he would not for a while:
but afterward he said within himself,
Though I fear not God, nor regard man;

5. Yet because this widow troubleth me,
I will avenge her,
lest by her continual coming she weary me.
6. And the Lord said,
Hear what the unjust judge saith.
7. And shall not God avenge his own elect,
which cry day and night unto him,
though he bear long with them?
8. I tell you that he will avenge them speedily.
Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh,
shall he find faith on the earth?
